Matthew H. Breeding is an Assistant District Attorney for the 21st Prosecutorial District (Forsyth County). Assigned to the Violent Felony Unit, he handles murder cases and armed robberies. He also prosecutes all vehicular homicides and felonious cruelty to animal cases, and he coordinates Superior Court post-conviction Motions for Appropriate Relief. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University (1997) and Wake Forest University School of Law (2006). While at Wake Law, Matt was the captain of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Trial Team and was elected to the Order of the Barristers. Since law school, he has served as Coach for Wake Forest's AAJ Trial Team with Professor Kim Stevens. He is a Trial Practice instructor on the adjunct faculty at Wake Forest.
