Professor Timothy Davis is one the country's best known sports law scholars. He has co-authored Sports Law and Regulation: Cases, Materials, and Problems (Wolters Kluwer) and The Business of Sports Agents (Univ. of Pennsylvania Press). Timothy is the author of numerous law review articles and frequently presents papers and lectures at academic conferences. He serves on the Board of Directors of the United States Anti-Doping Agency and is a member of the Board of Advisors for the National Sports Law Institute. In June 2022, Timothy was appointed to the Board of Trustees of the National Conference of Bar Examiners. Timothy teaches Contracts, Sale of Goods, Sports Law, and NCAA Rules Compliance and Enforcement. Prior to coming to Wake Forest, Timothy taught at Southern Methodist University. Following a federal district court clerkship, Timothy practiced commercial litigation in Denver, Colorado.
