Aaron J. Longo is an Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Employment at Bank of America. Currently, Professor Longo provides employment law advice within Bank of America’s Legal Department. He manages employment litigation and the Bank's responses to matters brought before government agencies. He has written and lectured on all aspects of employment law. Before joining the Bank of America Legal Department, Professor Longo worked at the law firms of Hogan and Hartson LLP (now Hogan Lovells) and McGuireWoods LLP. While in private practice, he represented clients in various industries and advised them on all areas of employment law, including hiring/firing decisions, workplace policies, wage and hour issues, and employment agreements. He also litigated all varieties of single-plaintiff matters and class/collective actions, specializing in wage and hour litigation. He is currently admitted to practice law in Virginia and North Carolina.
