Dr. Jennifer McElroy is an educator, researcher, and consultant with extensive experience in educational technology, instructional design, and emerging technologies. With a Ph.D. in Education focusing on Instructional Technology & Science from the University of Virginia, Jennifer has built a diverse career spanning K-12 education, higher education, and industry consulting.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has held various leadership positions, including roles as a Director of Instructional Design, Senior Strategy Consultant, and Assistant Professor. Her work has consistently focused on leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences and outcomes. She has particular expertise in online learning, immersive learning environments, and the application of artificial intelligence in education.

As a researcher and presenter, she has published numerous peer-reviewed articles and delivered presentations at national and international conferences. Her research interests include augmented and virtual reality in education, game-based learning, and the impact of emerging technologies, including AI on teaching and learning.

In addition to her academic work, Jennifer has extensive experience in curriculum development, workshop facilitation, and strategic planning.
