Mr. McMahon graduated summa cum laude from State University of New York (SUNY) at Geneseo in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He then graduated cum laude from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005, where he was an active member of Wake Forest’s ATLA Trial Team, Wake Forest Law Review, and Moot Court Board. Upon graduation, Mr. McMahon was inducted as a member of the Order of the Coif. In Spring 2010, Mr. McMahon joined the adjunct faculty of Wake Forest Law School and currently teaches Employee Benefits & Pension Law.
