Professor Sanders is a partner at Moore & Van Allen PLLC and the firm's Head of International Capital Markets. Professor Sanders practices in the areas of international M&A, debt capital markets, and equity capital markets. As part of his practice, he splits time between the firm's Charlotte, North Carolina headquarters and a personal office in Milan, Italy. As an adjunct professor of law, Professor Sanders teaches LAWR III - Stock and Bond Offering Documents, an experiential course that requires students to complete the work of a junior associate staffed to capital market transactions.

Professor Sanders has published law review articles in Wake Forest Law Review, Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, Michigan Business & Entrepreneurial Law Review, and American University Business Law Review in addition to dozens of articles published by Huffington Post, Lexology, and JD Supra. Professor Sanders earned his B.A. from Wake Forest University, his M.B.A from Liberty University, and his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law. Upon graduation from Wake Forest University School of Law, Professor Sanders earned the E. McGruder Faris Award for Character, Leadership, and Scholarship.
