Trey Schuyler manages the Law School’s help desk operations, ensuring exceptional technology support and complete customer satisfaction for students, faculty, and staff. He oversees both the daily management of the support team and the broader strategy behind how technology services are delivered. This includes designing and implementing policies, business processes, and training programs that promote consistency, efficiency, and high service standards.
In addition to user support, he maintains and advances the Law School’s classroom technology, keeping instructional spaces reliable and ready for teaching.
